and the restaurants at Petriolo
The villa offers three restaurants with different vibes, and we will enjoy all three, one each day.
The first, La Bottega di Petriolo, is where we will have our cocktail party on the first day. It will be mostly simple, local food, made with the best ingredients.
The Second, PS Ristorante, is the Michelin-star restaurant. At the wedding dinner, we wanted to offer the full experience with seated, well-plated dishes. Usually this dinner is completely chosen by the Chef, but because we thought it's impossible to choose one thing that all guests will enjoy, we wanted to offer two options:
Menu 1: "Classic & Elegant" - Awesome classical dishes made with the best products. The better option if you're picky about your food.
Menu 2: "Unique & Surprising" - Allow the Chef to go wild and create a unique culinary experience. The better option if you are looking for an adventure.
The third, Osteria di Golpaja, offers the most amazing Italian dishes that are just perfect for the family-style sharing dinner we will have after the pool party on the third day.
Bottega di Petriolo is the Bistrot to create an experience made of enchanting sunsets and the best products at KM-zero, from the earth to the table, carrying on Petriolo's green philosophy. Here you will taste the dishes of the region that are part of the Italian culture, with special attention to every little element, such as vegetables and herbs, which represents a large part of the quality and excellence of the dish.
PS Ristorante wants to be the space that finds the coincidence between each of the senses, the precise combination between the taste that floods the palate and the wave of memories that enters through the sense of smell while causing goosebumps on the skin, with the sound of wind in the background that makes the leaves of the vines dance. It wants to be the dish that transcends, the anecdote that carries the eternal moment that lasts just an instant, paying homage to our Tuscany, our Cerreto Guidi, our Villa Petriolo.
Stefano Pinciaroli’s cuisine is a perfect mix of tradition and innovation. The right compromise that allows him to create dishes based on traditional flavors using new cooking techniques. The entire process of creating the dishes is taken care of down to the smallest detail, starting with a careful selection of raw materials, up to the beautiful final presentation.
The Osteria di Golpaja is a characteristic restaurant that represents Tuscany in
its true essence. Typical dishes that recall the flavors of a rustic land, but lively,
colorful, and characteristic. It is precisely here that you can savor the real Tuscany as it once was, like that of the ancestors; authentic and direct with strong but delicious flavors just like our hilly region.
